FITNESS AT HOME

I just did this workout three times and oh my goodness, I was sweating. The best feeling is when you wash your face and you feel so good. Happy Evening and soon sleeping everyone!

Going to try to do this every day this week! I challenge you to as well!
ps. I recommend blasting music while you do this, it helps and makes it fun. 🙂

Gym Tip: Entertainment

So I was at the gym today and went on the treadmill for a mile. Then I got off and switched to floor exercises and then went back on the treadmill. But I wasn’t feeling it. I was having trouble keeping running, and it was a new machine and kinda confusing – truthfully to the annoying point – so I went off. I complained to my mom (go workout buddies!) but she wasn’t done yet. So I joined her on the eliptical, listened to music and started going. BUT it felt really slow, so I went on youtube. There was internet access and 15 minutes went by so fast! I watched a fun video that had nothing to do with working out and enjoyed it (don’t get me wrong I love working out, it can just be kinda slow). Point of today’s story: find entertainment in whatever your doing and it will go by a lot faster. Don’t give up on exercise (I was going to) just find what makes it enjoyable.
